孙世鹏，南京工业大学教授，博士生导师，国家特种分离膜工程技术中心副主任。专注于有机纳滤膜材料设计、制备与应用研究。入选国家级海外高层次青年人才引进计划（2015）、江苏省杰出青年基金（2019）、霍英东青年教师基金（2020）、江苏省六大人才高峰（2016）。

2007年本科毕业于天津大学化工学院。2012年博士毕业于新加坡-麻省理工学术联盟。2012-2015在新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究。师从钟台生院士（新国大）和T. Alan Hatton教授（麻省理工）。2015年起任职于南京工业大学膜科学技术研究所。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金委面上项目、新加坡国家科研基金会项目等科研项目。荣获中国化工学会基础研究成果一等奖（1/6，2021）、侯德榜化工科技青年奖（2020）、中国膜行业杰出青年科技工作者（2020）、陈嘉庚青年发明奖（2015）、新加坡青年化学工程师奖（2012）、新加坡工程师协会杰出贡献奖（2010）等荣誉。截至2024年8月，在Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., AICHEJ., Prog. Mater. Sci., Nano Lett.等重要刊物发表论文90余篇，谷歌学术引用达6600余次，5篇ESI高被引论文。申请40余项专利，已授权30余项中国、美国、新加坡专利，孵化了南京蔚华膜科技有限公司。担任中国海洋学会海水资源利用专业委员会副主任委员、中国膜工业协会纳米通道膜技术专业委员会委员、Desalination编委、Separation and Purification Technology编委、Advanced Membranes青年编委等学术职务。在国际膜与膜过程大会（2014）、国际先进材料技术大会（2023）、亚太膜学会会议（2019、2022）、太平洋高分子大会（2019）、全国膜与膜过程学术报告会（2019、2023）等重要学术会议做邀请报告或担任分会主席。

Dr. Shi-Peng Sun is a Professor and the Deputy Director of National Engineering Research Center for Special Separation Membranes, Nanjing Tech University. He received his Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University in 2007. He obtained his Ph.D. in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Engineering from Singapore-MIT Alliance in 2012. After 3 years Postdoc at National University of Singapore, he joined Nanjing Tech University since 2015.

Prof. Sun’s research focuses on novel nanostructured membranes and processes for water, energy and molecular separation. As of Jul. 2023, he has published 90+ papers in top journals in chemical, environmental and membrane research field, such as J. Am. Chem.Soc., AIChE J., Prog. Mater Sci., Nano Lett.,etc. Atotal citation of his publications is over 6600+ by Google Scholar. 5 articles were selected as ESI Highly cited papers. His papers were selected as 2019 J. Mater. Chem. A Top-Cited Articles, 2020 J. Membr. Sci. Top 10 Cited Papers, J. Membr. Sci. Editor’s Choice Article, and Sep. Purif. Technol. Editor’s Choice Article. He has applied 40+ patents. 30+ have been granted. He founded Nanjing Weihua Membrane Technology Co. Ltd.

He has been honored several talent programs: Thousand Talents Plan-Distinguished Young Professor, China (2015); Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation (2020); Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Fund Outstanding Youth Project (2019) etc. He has hosted more than twenty fundings from governments and industry. He received The Science and Technology Award of Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China-First Prize of Basic Research Achievements (2021), “Hou De Bang Chemical Engineering Science and Technology Youth Award” (2020), “Outstanding Young Science and Technology Talents in China’s Membrane Industry” (2020), “Tan Kah Kee Young Inventor’s Award” (2015), and “Singapore Young Chemical Engineer of the Year”(2012). He is an editorial board member of Sep. Purif. Technol. and Case Studies in Chemical and Environmental Engineering. He is an early career editorial board member of Advanced Membranes. He has delivered invited presentations or served as session chairsin important conferences such as ICOM (2014), ICMAT (2023), AMS (2019, 2022),PPC(2019), and CCOM (2019, 2023).
